ordered my iphone 17 pro on the 14th of september i was told it’d be available for collection in the store and to come back on friday the 19th at 1pm went in and they didn’t have my phone only had confirmation email not heard anything since from ee or anything

@vs1011 That’s because EE didn’t have that device you ordered available to be allocated to you. A pre order isn’t guarantee of getting it on launch day. There are more pre orders than what EE receive from Apple so unfortunately you’ll have to wait until that device can be allocated to you because you next in the queue to receive that model type.
