I have taken a look at the expected delivery date for the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256gb Burgundy, currently the delivery is expected to be despatched in more than 28 days.

For the exact same model but colour glacier, currently despatch is expected within 1-3 days.

Welcome to the community,

Dispatches are not done at the weekend. It will depend how many IPhone 18 pro max EE have received, as they are done on a first come and first serve basis.

What colour and storage size did you order?

You will receive notification on the day before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window and a PIN number which you show the delivery driver before receiving your device.

Please make sure that you have the DPD app with same details as EE have to receive any updates.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

You'll need to check EE order tracking but as supplies are limited there is a delay on deliveries which is normally 21 days at the moment.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

256gb and burgundy. I feel if I don’t get in very soon I have to cancel and
just buy whatever is already same day at a shop.
