Hi I’m wondering when I’ll get a tracking number for my ee parcel for my iPhone 18 pro max ?

Welcome to the EE Community

Receiving the order confirmation email is a good sign but is not a 100% guarantee the order will go through, at that point the order is sent to our system to be processed. If there is a problem processing it then you would receive a follow up email advising you of an issue with the order.

So if you have not recieved that second email you should be good, but if you are worried you can give our team a quick call and they would be happy to confirm the order has been accepted.

You can’t always track it but keep an eye on your dpd app. When it’s dispatched they normally send you a message and it updates on the dpd app aswell

If you are unable to track your order via the online order tracker or via the Orders section of your online account. You can reach out to our team who will be able to check your order for you. Once the phone is dispatched you will get a tracking link sent out for the delivery.
