iPhone 18 delivery

Hi all. I joined EE on Saturday and ordered the new IPhone from them. They said it’ll be here on Monday and DPD who was delivering it said it would be here by 3-4pm. I waited until then and got a message saying “it’ll be here in the next 45 minutes” 3 hours later it still hadn’t arrived but showed they were still in town so I patiently waited and then at 8:30pm I saw they were back at the depo. Now it’s saying it’s going to be here today on Tuesday but I’m not sure I trust that now and I’m going to be out for half the day so if they do arrive I wouldn’t be able to give them the pin. Anyone else have the same or similar?

I am gutted to hear your new phone didn't arrive yesterday when advised, I can imagine you are eager to get your hands on your new iPhone. 

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend downloading the DPD app and you will be able to see full details on your delivery.

Hi Ritu. I already had it downloaded. I used the customer support an hour ago and they said something about delays but didn’t go into much detail.

I appreciate how frustrating this must be.

The DPD app will keep you updated on expected delivery timeslots and options on re-delivery if you need to get this amended.
