Hello, I ordered iPhone 17 pro max cosmic orange 256gb on the  24th of Nov, at the time of order it said 3day dispatch. Order is confirmed but since then I have had no updates tracker says order confirmed.

I'm sorry for the confusion with your order. As @Chris_B has already mentioned, we are currently looking at a 7 day delay for these phones. We do work to get orders out as swiftly as we can, so it is possible that things are taking longer than we anticipated when you placed your order, as this does depend on the stock we receive from our suppliers.

@S-Ali  Online it says the waiting period is up to 7 days for that model spec 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

When I initially made the order it said 3 days.
