Anyone have problems for the Black Friday uncapped speed plan?  Keep saying internet server error

I'm not sure what would be causing this specific issue @RTHL 

It will be able to be fixed if you can log this with our technical team and they can look into this. They can also get you to our sales team if it's going to be a longer fix as we wouldn't want you to miss out on a special offer if they can't fix it there and then.

Welcome to the community.

I've not seen any other reports of this.

Are you trying to upgrade or add it as a new plan?

Can you send me a link or screenshot of the plan in question?

Have you tried to clear the cookies and cache from your browser before trying again?

If it still happens, can you also try another browser or device?

Which plan was it @RTHL? I'd like to see what happens if I try to select it.

Hi Michael, I’m looking for the £22 unlimited uncapped speed Black Friday plan.

I tried both browsers through the laptop and iPhone.  Both showing the above error.

And I cannot find the same plan on the app.

Is it the Unlimited Essentials Max (24 Month) plan? If so, I've tested it and it seems to be working for me.

Are you logged in? At which point do you get this error? I got all the way to the checkout section.

Hi Chris, I had tried both way but none worked for me.

 I can choose the plan but once I tap continue, it shows the second photo.

This does seem like it could be specific to your account, have you ever had trouble in the past either taking out a new line or upgrading through the app?

Hi Lesley,

I believe it’s some problem with my account.  I even cannot see the Black Friday plan through the app.

Moreover, I just registered to move my another number from another supplier to EE but it puts me to the essentials plan but not the Black Friday uncapped speed plan.  Is there any way to sort that?
