Hi Community.
I ordered the iPhone 17 Pro Max as an upgrade on Sep 20 in hopes to get it by the time I start operationally as a paramedic in early November. My current phone doesn’t have the battery capabilities to survive a whole shift which is why I decided on this particular phone.
I’m aware others are having some delays too but does anyone have any more information about this? I’m starting to worry that I won’t have the phone in time that I start. Is there anything I can do to expedite the process or is it a case of ‘hang tight’.

Apple own website says 2-3 weeks and they get the priority.
Keep checking EE order tracking and download the DPD app.

There's nothing we can do to expedite the process, I'm afraid. As stock comes in, our team works on fulfilling orders on a first-come first-served basis. Once stock is allocated to your order, you'll receive further updates, including DPD setting your delivery date and timeframe. As @Northerner has mentioned above, definitely download the DPD app so you can watch for these updates coming through.
If you'd like me to check the stock information for the date you ordered, please let me know the colour and storage size, and I can share the details of expected wait times.
