Hi I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max blue 1TB on Wednesday 17th but it’s still saying order placed and not been dispatched. Could you please tell me when it’s going to arrive?

We are working to get these devices delivered on a first come, first served basis, and we are currently looking at a delivery time of around 14 days.

However, it does look like our system is picking up that the latest back order is Thursday 18th December, so it may be worth calling our team, to check that the team don't need any further information to complete your order.
