iPhone 17 delayed order

I ordered an iPhone 17 on the 12th of December 2025 but only the case and screen guard was delivered in the next two days , and the iPhone said after 7 days but till date nothing was sent out pls

I've amended your post to remove the address and order number @Darasimi1. Please don't post any details like this in the community. The image was also rejected as it contained the same information.

As @Chris_S mentioned, the best option would be to give our customer service guides a call so they can look at the order, as we are unable to view this here.

Okay thanks for that , but pls no number to call to track my order or confirm from we directly , I’m getting tired of waiting without purpose pls , if I call the number no option to speak to anyone regarding purchase made , pls I need help
