I ordered an IPhone 17 Pro Max 256gb in cosmic orange on the 6th november. Ive received an email saying my order has been confirmed. But there's no time frange. Its nearly been a week, and I have not had any further update. Has anyone ordered at a similar time and had any updates or a time frame? Im new to EE.

You won’t hear anything and you will be waiting around 6 weeks with a few “ you’re order is on track” emails every now and again

At the time of ordering the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Cosmic Orange our stock page shows to expect despatch within 28 days. 

Once your order begins to progress you will receive further updates and an update from our courier.

I ordered on the same day as you and have been told when i phoned ee that it would be at least 21 days 😔 wish ee gave more updates that actually kept people informed !

I ordered mine on the 28th October. Had one email on order day to confirm the order, but nothing since. However, I have tracked my order through the EE app and I’m still for dispatch within the next 8 Days.
