I placed an order over the phone for the iPhone 17 Pro Max Deep Blue 256 GB on 31/10 seen a lot of people saying their orders from september still haven’t arrived any idea how long i should be waiting as i was told a no longer than up to 14 days

i ordered mine on the 31/10 and was told a maximum of 14 days i have seen many people order september and only now receiving theirs

Welcome to the community.

The timescales for orders does vary depending on which colour and storage size you have ordered, but the guidance for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB in Deep Blue is showing as expected to be dispatched with 14 days for orders placed from 27th October.

Once it is on the way, you'll get a text or email, or see a notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know it has been dispatched and when to expect delivery.

called ee yesterday and they basically said it should be with me by the 14th nov (10 days time) she said she can’t sit there and promise it’ll come sooner but shouldnt take any longer than 14 days. on day 5 now so guess its waiting game…
