Welcome to the community,

You write that you did not receive the PIN number from DPD.

Did you receive notification of delivery from DPD up to the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window, where you will receive the PIN number to be shown to the driver?

No I received nothing from dpd just confirmation of delivery and the date by dpd from ee…
