iPhone 17 Order Issue

I’ve recently ordered an IPhone 17. I know the lead times were roughly 14 days when I ordered and we are now on day 12. My order status page shows me that my order has been delivered but there’s no tracking information and I’ve received no messages from DPD. The order status has been delivered from the second I ordered it. 

The other thing is that I’ve only noticed a soft search on my credit file for this? My credit isn’t terrible but isn’t great either and I was expecting to get declined for a new device so I’m confused as to whether my order has gone through or not.

If you were taking out a brand new contract with us, a credit check would be carried out as part of this, but we'd always confirm the order and if there were any issues with this via email. 

I'd recommend checking your spam / junk folder to make sure the details aren't showing in there. 

If you can't see anything further, please give our team a call, and they'll be able to get everything double checked.
