Hi!

I ordered a silver IPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB on 25th October. At the time, it was a 21 day wait. I spoke to EE today on messenger to ask whether it would be dispatched this week (as the 21 days would be up) and was told that online it's saying it's a 14 day wait to order this - on top of the current 21 days I've been waiting? I was under the impression that the 14 day wait was for new orders, not my current order?

@AbigailIndia  You need to call customer support about this.  And you are correct with the 14 days from ordering today.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
