iPhone 16e not dispatched

Hi EE Community,

I placed an order for an iPhone 16e 512GB (Black) on 1st July 2026 with a down payment and monthly instalment plan. I received the order confirmation, and the order is showing in my EE account, but it has still not been dispatched.

I have contacted EE customer service twice, but unfortunately, I have not received any clear update, expected delivery date, or confirmation of when the device will be shipped. The team was also unable to provide any timeline or expedite the order.

Could someone from EE please check my order status and advise:

  • Why the order has not been dispatched after more than a week?
  • When I can expect delivery?
  • Whether there is any stock or processing issue affecting my order?

I would appreciate a proper update, as I have already paid the upfront cost and started the agreement but have no information on when I will receive the device.

Hi, thanks for your response. I understand this is a public forum and that you don’t have access to my account details.

I have already contacted EE customer support twice, but unfortunately I have not received any clear update regarding the dispatch status, stock availability, or expected delivery date. I was hoping someone from the community or EE team might be able to advise if there is a known delay with iPhone 16e 512GB orders or point me in the right direction.

I’m not asking anyone here to access my account, just looking for guidance as the usual support channels haven’t provided a resolution yet.

@Kd3016  you need to call customer support.  You’ll not get the answers to your questions because of what I’ve said above.   I can see EE have stock of this device online so it’s not because of a stock level

I have been waiting since June 24th all I get is I don’t know when you will get it.

Just checked the website & it doesn't even show a 512gb option on the 16e, almost as if it's at end of life & not available anymore. I'd maybe try calling again to see what they say

They said just have to wait as the offer that I got has gone but you wait or cancel if I cancel they don’t offer that one anymore.  When I order was told in stock and have next day.
