Hey, on the 25th I placed an order for a new phone with a downpayment of £130. I had a confirmation email however about an hour later I received a text sms saying my order has been cancelled and I should place a new one fro. the website. Literally no additional information, or anything about a refund.
to make matters worse I have been trying to call EE customer service for 2 days straight now, yet its apparently not open. I'm stuck and my money is still pending. Not sure if its because of the festive period or because I used my personal bank account instead of my mums, (I'm 17)

I need to know why it was cancelled in the first place.
Also why can't I reach the EE

@Lenora Would that be a device on contract? If it is you can not have this you are under 18. EE can not legally sell you something via credit. You need to be 18+ to have a credit agreement.
