The tracker is the updated position. When your delivery is due DPD will text you. I suggest downloading the DPD app. 

If you need anything more you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.

Update. Just had a txt from DPD to say they have picked up my parcel so about 27 days. To be fair I was told at least 28 days by EE at the time. Hopefully  Apple will get more stock out to companies for quicker deliveries
