I ordered a new iPhone 16 Pro Max dessert 256GB on the 8th October and have still not heard anything or received a text to track it, or even acknowledge the purchase. My old contract is still appearing on the EE app and thought it would’ve been updated to the new one by now.

The model you have ordered currently shows 'Usually dispatched within 14 days' on the EE Shop online.
Once your order has been dispatched the plan will update in your EE account, DPD would be in touch with tracking details.
If you would like an update on the order and to make sure this is all on track, please give us a call on 150 and the team can check this for you.
