Hi,

I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro Max Blue Titanium yesterday, since then I have received any information on tracking and it’s not showing in my EE app. Could I have any info on when I will get information?

Your new contract won’t start until you get the phone… and the phone is coming to you so how have you wasted money on getting accessories early for the phone. You’d have brought them anyway for when you phone arrived.

Not very bright are you? Completely missed the point! The money is wasted because had I know the damn phone would arrive at an unknown later date, perhaps a month later, I would have spent it on other things till then. So it’s wasted. Now go back and tend that one brain cell.

This whole omnishambles was a known and expected issue with Apple manufacturing delays. Did EE tell us the truth about our phones arriving at some unknown date? No. Did they let us sign up for expensive upgrades and knowingly tell us it would arrive on the 22nd with full knowledge this was untrue? Yes.

Excruciatingly bad service and cynical customer treatment. DO BETTER.

This is poor financial planning if you're concerned over the measly sum of a few accessories

If you consider over £100 to be ‘measly’ (those Casetify cases aren’t cheap) then whoopee doo for you. You miss the point completely. If I’d been told that the phone would come in October or even November (would be nice to know in advance rather than the lie it would arrive on the 22nd of September) then I would have used that ‘measly sum’ on something I need RIGHT NOW and THAT is the point. Apology accepted!

I wouldn’t put it as missing the point, regardless you were fully aware of when the iPhone would roughly be released - ergo poor financial planning. From the sounds of your “tenuous” argument it was a stretch to upgrade in the first instance, if money could have been better used elsewhere then why did you see the need to immediately have to upgrade your phone rather than wait a month or two. If it was a case of monthly phone cost then you could have just re-negotiated the cost of the contract less the balance of the phone that you would have paid off.

Yes you did miss the point entirely. I preordered on the 15th and was ‘roughly’ assured it would arrive on be 22nd. This is the point you keep missing, ergo you have no argument. I bough expensive accessories because EE knowingly lied to me, sending a text on the 21st to state the phone was still arriving on time. Hence I ordered accessories. I guess it is a stretch for me to upgrade on the exact date I was eligible, having waited an extra year from my usual 24 month upgrade cycle. Indeed, it must be such a stretch as I already pay EE £300 a month for existing contracts. Shows how much you know. Nothing!

The above negates your entire argument over the opportunity costs for buying accessories. Your frustration is not about the fact that the money could have been used elsewhere, it’s over the failure to hit their projected delivery date.

It would greatly strengthen your argument if you were able to execute and articulate your argument correctly.

Like I said in my reply to your utterly ignorant first response: you missed the point entirely. Enough engagement with imbeciles for me today I think. Perhaps try READING a post before you make fumbling attempts to sound intelligent. It’s humiliating, and I am sure you have plenty of other people to annoy. You clearly have a lot of time on your hands!

The irony of each paragraph that you write, with a Daily Mail-esque slogan "Tories Out Now", nothing screams the bloody murder of ignorance than having a politically charged statement as a username.

I just hope for societies sake that you're not an acting lawyer because none of your arguments hold water, with the "fumbling attempts" being the concept of each argument that you dismally try convey. I can only imagine that the associated funds for the Casetify accessories were to be used for Finishing School, which would explain the irate nature of your babbling rant.
