Good day. Just want to ask any update for my order? I tried to call to costumers service but no one answered me. Can you please help me with this.

I already paid for upfront fee of £80.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi, I ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max on September 14th and so far I haven't received it, the tracking number always says it can't be tracked at the moment, I called the store and they gave a deadline of 48 hours but it hasn't arrived yet. anything! It's been 17 days since I ordered online
