Is there a delay on the iPhone 14 128gb Midnight? It was supposed to arrive today and I was garunteed by 3 agents on the phone that it would be. However order tracker has still not changed and called back today and no one seems to have a clue what’s going on. Is there anyone that can tell me what the delay is and how long it will be. I need new phone asap and will have to cancel and leave EE if it doesn’t arrive very shortly.

@Lorcanmcl  Have you received a tracking number ?  Has DPD contacted you about a delivery time slot for today ?    

you can create a DPD account and use the same email address you use for EE.  From there you can then see any pending deliveries for you.

Yes I have a tracking number which works on EE website and says order confirmed (this has not changed since I ordered on Friday) however it says invalid on DPD and I have had no communication from them.
