iPhone 14 pro order for store delivery

Hi,
I pre-ordered the iPhone 14 pro and requested for it to be delivered to the store and got confirmation yesterday that DPD had my order.
However, I have not heard anything from DPD via text or email(including spam folders) and whenever I try to get an update from the EE order tracking page it’s says it can’t provide an update with my XKO order number.
Is there any easy way to find out if my phone is ready from pick up from the store?

Update for everyone else, my XKO order number now seems to be working on the EE order tracking page

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
