Anyone received there pro max purple 256gb yet? I was informed 21 days now I’ve been told 28 I know ee can’t help the stock issues. But it’s really frustrating

So Leanne if you are saying the website is correct. I placed my order on the 22nd of September next week the 13th august would be the 21st day on the time I ordered I was assured 21 days. So my order should come next week on the 13th of October as that’s the 21st day.

The website shows expected dispatch times for orders placed now @Lauren120, sorry we have no access to individual orders. 

Once we have your order and this has been dispatched DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery.

Well when I ordered said within 21 days. And still saying within 21 days now. So ideally I’m expecting it the 13th October as that’s when the 21 days is up

Best way is to use the online tracker that is no use to anyone at all all it tells you is that your order is confirmed. No little updates to days you’ve received stock or stock shall be landing in X amount of days 

I’m able to track food I order better than a phone il be paying for every month

it’s always turned onto dpd too, oh wait for your dpd update. No your the phone provider I’m wanting an update from you. Think il be leaving ee very soon 🙈😂

I upgraded last October 4 and was told by the agent it was arranged to be delivered the next day. To my surprise, I still don't have any confirmation email and just received a text message saying I requested change of address. Called 150 and was told it will be despatched in more than 28 days, but tin the site it says it will be despatched within 21 days. I was only told that I would receive any confirmation if the stock will arrive, so until now I don't have neither the confirmation email nor order reference number. 

I do get that they don’t have the phones to hand to send out yet as to order off apple it’s delivering from 28th October to 7th November. But for EE to not be able to give people proper wait times or expected delivery times is a proper joke. Very very poor on EE behalf to say they claim be be best network for like 8 years running or something 

Just trying to pass blame on when they should and will know when phones are going to land in their warehouse. They are just putting it off to give us paying people a date just to pass it off on to other companies. It’s not like we are in middle of 2020 when the whole world is messed up due to covid
