EE customer service advisors need to taken to watchdog. They are all clueless and some are full of s. One clown of a manager didn’t even have the decency to chase up my query! Let alone customer relations who haven’t even bothered to investigate.

i’m not fussed whether I got my device on release day or not. It’s more about the way I got strung along last weekend. There’s a lack of communication between different call centres and they make things up as they go along. I know EE prioritise new customers over existing. I’ve experienced it firsthand. I called in last year to upgrade at exactly 1pm and told me I’d get my phone on release date -Never happened. My brother and his mate also joined EE at the same time and a week later they had their iPhones…

They say it comes on a first come first serve basis. Which is total BS - New customers are their main area of focus every event. Existing customers are made to wait and also lied to.

I went to order the 1TB on a Upgrade they were asking for £330, i queried the price and I asked to speak to a manager and his response was that I was told that the manager couldn’t take my call because it was a busy period. It wasn’t until I said I’m a customer too (something along those lines.) he spoke to me. I queried the price the manager told me that it was a pricing error and that he’d get back to me on Sunday. On Monday he emailed me told me there was a meeting, I’ve heard nothing since. Unacceptable that considering they call themselves to have the best customer service.
