I placed an order for an upgrade iphone last Wednesday 11th March.
I have received an email with the order reference number beginning xko.
However when I try to ascertain the status of the order, the response is that the order number is not recognised ?

If order tracking is not working then you'll need to speak to EE CS on 150.
