i I ordered a 17th max on 28/12/2025…. I can’t track it (the contract emailed through doesn’t have it), and I haven’t had a single update. Didn’t think it would take over two months (and counting)!

I would suggest you speak to EE CS on 150 as there is clearly someone wrong with your order.
