Help with updating address

Hi, I’ve just upgraded my phone & noticed after I have completed everything, my new device will be delivered to my previous address 

I can’t find an option to speak to someone over the phone. I’m a chemotherapy Nurse & my next day off is Thursday so I’m unable to visit a store

please help!

With handset deliveries, this would normally need to go to the address registered on your account, and even if you were to update this online now, it would not change anything with the outstanding delivery.

It's something we need to be really careful of due to fraud, so if you were looking to change the address of an existing order, you would need to give our team a call

Once we've completed security we can then raise this with our supply chain team, who will support you in picking a new delivery slot to the updated address.
