Iphone 14 Pro Max Early Upgrade Fee

Pre-ordered an Iphone 14 Pro Max 256gb in Purple

I paid a £130 early upgrade fee as I was not quite at the end of my contract.. The website at the time said Guaranteed delivery today..

Now, I'm not upset about delays, that happens and so be it.. What I am upset about is you charged me an early upgrade fee, and I wont actually be upgraded for up to another month.

Will I get the proportionate part of that fee back for not actually being upgraded. I pay £80 a month for my contract, so I dont see the point of paying to upgrade early, just to have up to another month of the same contract. It's not an early upgrade.

Could anyone advise?

Hi @olivertari.

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can look into this for you.

They will be able to advise what happens with your fee after the delay.

Annoyingly, I’ve done exactly that and they have no clue.

as far as I’m aware, I’ve been conned out of £130 extra off false promises. I paid an early upgrade, because I wanted to early upgrade.. it’s in the name.

to make matters worse, there’s been no luck on any of the tracking too. Completely in the dark. EE have been useless on this 😂
