How can I find out what’s goin on with my upgrade said 2 weeks to get it in stop but had no text or email confirming

@Reece325  There is different waiting times for the pro max depending on what colour and storage size you ordered.  The times range from 7 to over 28 days. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I’m just loosing my patience. The order for the purple 14pro max was placed on the 18th October . It’s been 30days today .not even an update on the tracking order.
