Anyone received there pro max purple 256gb yet? I was informed 21 days now I’ve been told 28 I know ee can’t help the stock issues. But it’s really frustrating

What the 14 pro max 256gb? That’s funny because when I ordered on the 22nd of September I was told by the man on the phone that the phone would be with me within 21 days!!!!

Your website also states within 21 days suggest you get someone to change that instead of given customers false information it’s ridiculous honestly I was promised my phone would be with me within 21 days and I was assured by a couple of other agents 21 days when I chased up my order. Absolute joke your now saying over 28 days! Thinking of cancelling my order and going elsewhere. Had nothing but issues with EE.
