Can someone give me an idea on how long I’ll need to wait for the phone ? 
mot was ordered and confirmed for delivery on launch date ? 
not sure if it’s easier re ordering in store ?

Have you checked EE order tracking?

You'll need to speak to EE order tracking to establish a more accurate date if the tracker doesn't say.
