I placed an order online and had an email saying...... Successful EE order reference: XKO********* 
when i I try and track my order it won’t let me and I’ve had no other emails except the first email..

I ordered online on 9th , iPhone 14 pro max 128GB gold

Welcome to the community,

EE are not expecting the IPhone 14 pro max until October, and this is also on Apple’s website. You will just have to wait until they are able to deliver, you will receive a text from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.

This is normal, as it also will be delivered on a first come first serve, this happens every year, same question, which we have no idea exactly when delivery will occur, as it also depends how many each network receives.

You should also be able to see via My EE App or logging online, it will for now just say order confirmed or similar until it can be delivered.
