Been trying 2 HOURS to buy an Apple Watch!

I have been trying to purchase an Apple Watch for the last 2 hours. The EE site only lets me get as far as choosing which insurance plan I want, then it won’t let me continue.
If I don’t get a helpful response ASAP I am incredibly frustrated and will be going elsewhere for it.
Tried the customer helpline, kept saying my call session had expired. Tried to use the chat service, where I was connected with someone and then ignored.
EE make it incredibly hard to get help with your problem!!

Hi @Bukowskx

Have you tried a different browser or the EE app?

If you continue to have problems then give EE CS a call on 150.

Thanks

@Bukowskx , Ee could be very busy answering phones from customers, due to the new Apple products being made available, you may need to try early in the morning, but remember it is the weekend and due to the Queen’s sad passing, may have less people to answer phones as well.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
