iPhone 14 pro max delivery

I ordered my iPhone 14 pro max in deep purple on the 17th of October and received a confirmation message.

I then received a 'your order is coming soon' text on the 1st November and again today 9th Nov. When I opened tracking both times, the only indication on there was 'order confirmed' and there was no expected delivery date.

Why do I keep getting these messages if there is no update on my order delivery yet? When will I get my order?

I read on here someone else who ordered the iPhone 14 pro Max but in black on the same day as me and they  received a random message that their delivery was coming today. So hopefully, we receive our soon too!

You're going to want to download the DPD app and make an account to register your address. Any deliveries associated with it will give you notifications.

I just called them as my 21 days are up on Monday told I got to wait another 14-30 days on top of what I have waited absolute joke

Hi, just wondering if you have received this yet? I ordered the same model and colour a few days after yourself so just looking to get a rough idea of how the “first come first served” queue system is coming along.

That's so frustrating. 

I called yesterday letting them know it had gone past 28 days and was told to call again next week if nothing arrives by Friday.

Surely there should be some sort of compensation for the delays.
