Hi,

ordered an IPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb space black on 24/03/23, received and email with the order number etc. My plan hasn’t been updated and whenever I check to see if my tracking or anything has changed it still has the we can’t show your order details right now, don’t worry we will keep you posted.

 

Any clue as to what’s going on?

@Callum19_91  You need to call customer services about this as they have access to this information.    You should have had this by now is you passed the credit check.
