I bought online for the iphone 14 pro.. and I'm an EE customer.. But I have another mobile... I'm taking this as a gift for my husband.. and I did everything up to the verification and payment.. I paid 30 lire... and at the end they didn't give me any reference number, nothing resulted from the order

@Bratie , you say you paid 30 lire, how did you make that payment, as that is Italian money? Well it was in the past, as is now Euro there.

You would need to pay in English money and be in the UK to receive the mobile, which I hope you are.
