about delivering

and that I placed an order for an iPhone and a watch through your website, I did all the procedure that had to be done, it was already paid and I am not able to access the tracking for how it is in terms of delivery to the store

@Rodrigo5   If it’s going to a store that store will contact you when it’s there for collection.    Also a number that starts with a XKN or XKO is an order number not a tracking number,  you get that once a device is allocated to you.
