iPhone 14 Pro Max

Ordered an iPhone 14 Pro Max 1Tb space grey on 02/01/2023. Email says “dispatch expected within 24 hours” yet I’ve heard nothing for the last 2 days. Any idea what’s going on and how long it’ll take?

Ordered the iPhone 14 pro max 1Tb space black on the 2nd, yesterday I was told my phone has arrived and will be delivered by Monday. Today I had no delivery update so went into the live chat, and now it’s out of stock and my delivery date has been pushed back to Wednesday. Anyone else keep having their delivery date pushed back? Quite annoyed I won’t lie. They know how many phones are arriving in a delivery, how many are sold and how many people are waiting so they should be able to provide accurate delivery times. Not happy 😞

I'm sorry to hear this. 

We have no details on when stock will be arriving from the manufacturer. Once your order has been dispatched, DPD will be in touch once they have received your order and let you know when this will be delivered.

The EE employee I spoke to on live chat made it out like she knew when stock was arriving, hence why she promised me a delivery date of Monday. Now this agent has told me it’ll be Wednesday, is my delivery date just going to keep being pushed back?

The online order tracker will be updated when there is a change to your order, this is the most up to date information @RDV

Getting a bit tired of having my order pushed back. Ordered on the 2nd, was told it’d definitely be delivered on the 9th, then it wasn’t so I contacted EE to be told it’s out of stock, was then told it’ll be delivered definitely Wednesday. It wasn’t delivered Wednesday, contacted EE to be told it’s out of stock again and to wait another week. Getting a bit beyond a joke. If it gets pushed back again I’ll be wanting discount off the cost of my plan. Bit sick of waiting and arranging things around deliver dates that never end up being delivery dates
