iPhone 14 Pro Max Order

One of the worst customer service that I have faced by far! I’ve upgraded my plan to the new iPhone 14 Pro Max on September 16th. I’ve been informed that delivery can take up to 28 days but rest assured it won’t be that long. Since then, I never received a confirmation email neither text about my order. I have been given two different order numbers for my order (none of them seems to work), I had to call many times to actually find out that my order number is the one that initially I’ve been told not to follow. Every customer advisor is giving me false information about the whereabouts of my order (I’ve been given three different eta’s), and what infuriates me is when you ask them a simple question about the tracking (bare in mind I am not asking to bypass the queue and get my order earlier) their response is that DPD will get in touch!

I am sorry but EE is in charge of dispatching and allocating stock and, DPD just do the last leg. 

I have never received worse service than from EE during this ordering time. I am going to wait in order to find out what’s happening with my order  and then patiently waiting for my plan to come to an end in order to change provider! This is outrageous!!!

@Gilmraw You’ll receive a tracking number once a device is allocated to you.    Your obviously are aware of allocation because demand is higher that what EE receive from apple so there’s a waiting period.    In what way is an order number not working ? It’s an order number.     And yes when DPD have a delivery for you they notify you of that pending delivery.

I am not on about a tracking number, I am talking about the mess that EE has created by giving false information. I don’t know if you have read my post but I’ve been given two different order numbers and I’ve been told to follow the incorrect one! There’s a section on the EE sure what you can put your order number and see the progress of your order! 

 

@Gilmraw , EE cannot deliver what they have not received from Apple, as it is down to the company that supplies them, and if you take into consideration the number of networks and countries, and the fact that there has been a pandemic, even though people believe it has all gone away, that would be the hold up. Actually this does seem to happen whenever there is a new product, people rush to order and then complain because they have not received it pronto.

You missing my point! I am not trying to fast track the process, I am aware what ‘up to 28days delivery’ means! I am on about the chaos and confusion that EE is responsible for!

An email would be nice with an update of the estimated delivery date of the next batch of deliveries. Would also be nice to receive confirmation of the order and copy of the new contract. I ordered 25th September so according to what I was told I have to wait another 14 days or so!!  

I agree 100% it’s common courtesy? We pay for service we should expect a service!!

Hi I’m just wondering when did you receive your order in the end. If you have received it, asking as I’ve just placed an order and also been told 28days 

Hi, i ordered on the 9th of November and ive just got confirmation today that its being dispatched to the EE store. They said it will be held in the store by the 6th of Dec so it probably means it will arrive by the 2nd/3rd of Dec so in total it would probably be around 24 days for me to recieve mine :).

But ive ordered the deep purple in 128gb so depending on yours it might take longer or shorter to arrive 

I did get it on day 28 in the end.
