iPhone 14 Pro Max - Delivery Estimates

Hi,

My wife and I placed an order for the iPhone 14 Pro Max (128gb) in Deep Purple and Space Black a couple of weeks ago. 

At the time I was told stock was due to be around in 21 days, which would put us around 29th November. Is this still the case?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I assume we will get an email with the order number once stock arrives? At the moment the only email we have received is to confirm our new tariff.

We clear orders on a first come first served basis, clearing the orders from oldest to newest.

DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to be delivered and provide tracking details.

Is there an approximate timescale for an iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb in space black and iPhone 14 Pro Max 128gb in Deep Purple?

I completely understand orders being processed from oldest to newest, but would be good to have an idea of when stock is anticipated to arrive?

The current estimated timescale for that model is to 'expect dispatch in more than 28 days'.

Would that be 28 days from today or from when the order was originally placed? We placed our order on 8th November and at the time were told stock was expected in '21 days'. Also are the stock timelines given on the website only for new orders or upgrades too?

The estimated timescales on the website are as accurate as possible based on the information we have at that time, @AK_7170. The estimate of 'more than 28 days' is applicable to new orders and upgrades made today. The orders will be cleared on a first come, first served basis clearing the oldest orders first.

I see. Is there any kind of estimate of an order made two weeks ago on 8th November? Only reason for asking is the information given by an advisor when completing an upgrade over the phone who said up to 21 days, so trying to get an idea or understanding of how long an order from 8th November could take.

Also, with the new tariff contract starting when the phone is despatched, would this affect future upgrade dates or would it be the date the order was placed?

I can't be any more specific, unfortunately @AK_7170. As soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer, we clear the oldest orders first.

The new plan and contract will start when the phone is dispatched, not when the order was placed.
