iPhone 14 256GB Midnight— delays?

Hello,

I ordered the iPhone 14 256GB Midnight as part of an upgrade 10 working days ago. I haven’t received any information or updates regarding despatch and delivery. Is there a current shortage of this handset?

Thanks for reaching out here on the community. 

I can see the iPhone 14 256gb is showing as more than 28 days for expected delivery, however the 128gb is showing as despatch within 1 day.
