Hi,

I have upgraded to the 14 with Anytime Upgrade and should receive it tomorrow (16/09) .

Can someone confirm how much I am expected to be charged if I want to keep and not return my old device (13 pro max 512gb)

thanks

If you don’t return the phone assuming ur on anytime upgrade a £495 charges would be applied to your next  bill

I’m in the same situation. Nobody at EE knows and they all give different values.

I’ve sold my 13 Pro Max now that I have the 14 Pro Max thinking it would be the same £495 that it is every year. But now I’m uncertain and haven’t heard anything?

Has your return pack arrived to quote you a figure? Someone at EE just told me £900 and I sold my 13 Pro Max for £700….. So I fear I may lose £200 now!

You should get an email from EE saying about the trade in, mine was £495 for a 256gb 13 Pro Max.

Sold the phone for £730 as it made more sense to do it that way!

Oh that’s good if it’s £495.

I received the phone on the 16th and haven’t heard anything since.

I do the same every year, but someone at EE just told me it was £900… and I started to panic a little lol.

£495 sounds right for me too as I’m also supposed to return a 13 Pro Max 256gb.

Thanks for that! I’ll await the email 🙂

I got my email last Friday which was delivery date so check your inbox, it might be different for the 512gb one but I was told 100% £495 was my non trade in fee so I just sold it privately as mentioned.
