When did you order the SIM? Was it a brand new connection or a replacement?

Sorry to hear that, @Linfield69.

If it was an upgrade, you should be able to continue using your own SIM card. If it's a brand new connection, it would be best to order a replacement SIM card through our Mobile Care team.
