I pre ordered by iPhone 14 pro max. I was told over the phone that I should expect delivery the day after the launch of failing that no longer than a week. Which it has now gone past. 

We’re the EE team just lying and over promoting/promising? It would seem so, does anyone know how I can find out when my phone will be delivered?? App won’t allow me to track either as it says it’s untraceable busing my order number/code.

The current estimated delivery timescale for new orders today is to expect dispatch within 21 days for that model.

Any back-orders are cleared in the order in which they were placed, on a first come, first served basis. DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.
