iPad Pro Not yet dispatched

I put in an order for a IPad Pro 2024 on Friday, it said “available to order expect dispatch within 3 days”. 
on Saturday I got a confirmation email for the order along with the order number, but then a Text message from EE thanking me for the order with a reference number, saying it will be dispatched in 7 days.. and when I go to track the order etc there is no updates just saying “awaiting confirmation” on the expected delivery date, and then says “dispatch expected in 24 hours”

slightly confused as the EE Store says within 3 days. then a text saying in 7 days, and tracking saying in 24 hours. It’s now Tuesday morning and still heard nothing.

the colour was in Silver, iPad Pro 11” 2024 and 256GB of Storage!

I've checked and the stock estimate for that model is to expect dispatch within 3 days. It's good that you've had the order confirmation and other messages, it means the order has gone through. DPD will be in touch with you when it is ready to be delivered. Hopefully soon.

This is bollocks by the way! I ordered the same spec but in black on 11 June 24 — I’m still waiting.
