iPad A16 delayed

Hello

I ordered an iPad A16 128GB Silver WiFi on 19/10/2026c where the estimated dispatch time was within 1 day 

on 20/10/2026 I received an email saying that the order was delayed. 
Is there any way to check when my iPad would be dispatched or how long can I expect to wait for it?

You can track all orders our Track Your Order page.
 
We don't have any update yet on the delay, however once your order’s been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a link to track your order in the EE app. You can track your order via the EE app at any time.

The order tracking page just shows that the order is delayed. It doesn’t give a timeline as to when i can expect it. Please help.

I've checked our stock page, and the tablet is showing as more than 28 days for delivery at the moment.

We do have other colour options in stock though.

Would you consider going for a different colour?

At the time of ordering the device, the dispatch time was within one day. Could i expect to receive it sooner than 28 days?

I'm not able to look at the historic dispatch times for tablets @bmag1, I can only see what the current wait time would be for new orders.

It's certainly possible that the device could turn up sooner for you though.
