hi, ordered a silver 256gb i phone 17 pro max on 26/12/25 and have had 0 tracking updates other than this text message, was hesitant to open it as it seemed scammy but eventually opened it. it opens to an EE chat bot but gives 0 option to communicate nor does the chat bot communicate with you? so not sure what’s going on with that.
i tried to check the tracking, it keeps saying the tracking number is incorrect, but i directly copied it from my confirmation email? very confused.
what is the current wait time for this model? when am i likely to be updated?

For orders placed on 26/12/2025 for the iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB Silver, the expected dispatch time is within 3 days. With it being over the Christmas period and then just having a weekend, if your order has been successful, I'd expect you to hear more about your delivery from DPD this coming week.
Make sure to download the DPD app, as this is the best place to watch for any updates coming through.
If you want to double check your order though, please contact the team, and they'll be able to tell you what stage things are at.

hi, i have the DPD app but i’ve received 0 communication at all, apart from the text message i included saying there was an issue with the order. what should i do regarding that? because it doesn’t let you communicate with the chat bot at all.
im also confused why my order tracking number doesn’t work, every time i input it, i get an error message saying its incorrect even when ive copied the exact number from my confirmation email.
