I seem to have difficulty logging on or ordering online via the site with EE. For me to join I need an EE sim or account. I also cannot check out any devices that I would want to order. even LiveChat is busy. can anyone help me?

@kza9397 : What devices are you trying to order?
Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.
