how do i know if my order is confirmed

Hi @rob_nugg 

We send an email confirming your order has been processed. Please check your Junk/Spam folder for the email. 
You can also check your order number at out Track Your Order page to confirm and view updates. 

If the tracking page doesn't recognise your order number or give you a time-out error, your order may not have been completed. 
In which case please give our Customer Service team a call where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.

how do I know how far my order is being processed? And how long it will take to be processed it’s of iPhone 17 pro max deep blue
