Order and tracking

I ordered a iPhone 17 pro on pay as you go 3 days ago, the expected dispatch time is 3 days and I have had no further contact since the confirmation email, I have tried many times on the track my order page and every time it says the the order has not been found which is quite worrying. Have tried to call the phone number there is no options to press to discuss orders so I’m completely unsure of what is going!

As you're seeing a Order Not Recognised error on the tracking page, your order may not have been completed. Please check your email Spam/Junk or text messages if you have received a message asking to contact us. 

Please give our Customer Service team a call (you can pick general customer service query) where a guide in the Digital Sales team can check your order went through correctly. 

If the order couldn't be processed, the team can discuss what additional information we need to manually complete it for you.

@Addie3  do EE sell that device on PAYG ? Because if they did you’ll pay the full cost of the device upfront £ 1100.    I can not find that device on PAYG.
